Self-Massage Workshop
A 45min practical workshop, up to 25 participants, to learn some easy, practical and efficient movements to massage own body to reduce muscle pain, tension and stress, improving their well-being and vitality.
A self-massage ball equipped with an integrated QR code is offered to each participant for regular practice in the course of daily life.
ErgoStretching workshop
Whether in the office or teleworking, it’s easy to neglect your posture, which can affect productivity and cause body pain.
Procedure:
– During this one-hour hands-on workshop, your employees will receive SECO-validated ergonomic tips for adjusting their workstations, both in the office and when teleworking.
– They will also learn simple stretching exercises that can be repeated regularly to relieve tension, improve posture and boost energy.
Workshop Power Nap
The Power Nap remains a subject often misunderstood or taboo in some professional circles, despite scientific evidence of its benefits.
Procedure:
-Why, how and when to nap? This workshop explores the essential link between sleep and brain function, and the importance of optimal physical and mental recovery.
-The nap is presented as an effective way to revitalize quickly, with practical advice on how to integrate it into your daily routine, while avoiding the pitfalls of too long a nap.
-The 60-minute workshop ends with a guided meditation for deep relaxation.
Essential oils workshop
Course :
Participants will explore in detail a selection of 4 to 6 essential oils, accompanied by a workbook of practical recipes using these oils.
Objectives :
This workshop enables participants to create their own personalized spray, choosing oils according to their personal objectives (relaxation, energy, concentration, etc.). An enriching experience for discovering the benefits of essential oils and adapting them to your own needs.
