Our nutritionist Birgit Boislard can be on hand to answer your employees’ questions, with the option of organizing a 30-minute theoretical presentation before the tasting.

Procedure:
The day begins with a 60-minute interactive conference to present good nutritional practices tailored to different profiles and lifestyles.
Each employee then benefits from a 30-minute individual consultation to receive personalized advice and a concrete action plan that is easy to integrate into their professional and personal routine.
Objectives:
• Help your employees adopt a nutrition plan tailored to managing their energy, health, and weight on a daily basis.
• Offer each employee an individual consultation with our nutritionist Birgit Boislard, based on a pre-filled food questionnaire.
