In this program, your employees will be guided by our meditation experts, Catherine Beaubreuil or Laura Miñano, to discover or deepen their practice and enjoy a soothing experience.
Cardiac coherence
Cardiac Coherence is a simple yet powerful breathing technique that can restore calm and serenity in just a few minutes. By taking 6 breaths a minute, you align the activity of your brain with that of your heart, inducing a deep state of well-being.
How does it work?
Our sessions begin with a theoretical introduction to stress and respiratory mechanics. You’ll then discover the ideal postures to adopt to get the most out of the technique.

Breathing, Stretchingand Sophrology
This workshop is led by our sophrologist and yoga specialist, Laura Miñano.
The program includes a series of breathing and stretching exercises, as well as a final meditation. These practices are specifically designed to relieve tension caused by prolonged sitting at the office.
Objectives :
– Become aware of breathing as a source of well-being
– Improve discomfort associated with sitting posture
– Offer a moment of relaxation to return to work more balanced and better manage daily stress
