Yoga

Active Yoga exercises (Asanas) strengthen body and increases power. That leads to more trust into the own body and skills and as well no more overall strength. While doing relaxing Asanas, the flexibility of the body increases and relaxation takes place. Mixing both active and passive Asanas will provide the perfect mix to keep an healthy body and mind.

Different type of Yoga classes are available and adapted to the group level :

Pilates

Pilates is a gentle practice aimed at improving posture, strengthening deep core muscles, and reducing tension related to sedentary work. It also helps enhance concentration, improve stress management, and support overall employee well-being.

Sessions are guided and consist of slow, controlled movements suitable for all levels. They are based on breathing techniques and core engagement.

Physical Activity

Our Coaches adapt the classes according to the group requirements, objectives and level.

We combine them with the body physiology component, as important it is to allow a sustainable practice and avoid injuries in the long term.

May weather and logistics permit, these activities can also be performed outdoors.
